So that means there’s a prequel? Or would the retaking of the country and setting it up be too much of a bore while author-san is thinking up the story?
If not, then it would be a major spoiler if the first book(s) are about taking back the country.

Yeah in a sense it’s a spoiler. But there is no prequel. Basically we are reading what he is doing in China. There is a whole world out there 🙂

I’d just hate to be on a boat with zombies. Even if you do survive… Can you drive it alone…
Not a bad fiction so far. The only problem I have with the translation is:
[ “blah blah”
AAA did something while doing something said ]
Perhaps to make it flow better have it saying who says the text and then “while doing” or “while thinking” etc.

The reason the translation is like that is that I’m keeping the author original writing style. I can rewrite it, but then it be more of my flow rather than his. But I know what you mean, the flow is rather tedious and annoying.
The 2nd reason is that I am replacing the old text with the translated version as I go along. If I were to change them into my own flow and format, it would take me at least an hour or more. Right now it takes anywhere from 2.5-3 hours per chapters. More so if there are a lot of confusing words and meaning. So in sense, its speed vs better format and flow. If I were to do that, it be more like 1 chapter every other day.

Ah. I never thought of that. I’m only good at day-dreaming and changing others work to make it sound more flowy. My toolset is remarkably strange. In zombie apocalypse, run from me. >:P
